Alright, happy New Year, everyone! Let's dive straight into some winning tactics for your FIFA/EA FC gameplay. Today, we're breaking down a formation I absolutely love: the 4-3-3 (2), the one with the CDM and two central midfielders. It's an amazing formation, and I'm going to give you the custom tactics to make it sing.
Custom Tactics Breakdown: 4-3-3 (2)
Let's get right into the custom tactics. This is a quick video, but the tactics are solid.
- Formation: 4-3-3 (2) - The one with the CDM and two CMs.
- Build Up Play: Balanced. Counter is good too, and definitely a viable option if you want to use that. But I just much prefer balanced.
- Defensive Style: Balanced.
- Line Height: 50. Remember, the game is currently glitched, so you can only effectively use 50, 70, or 95. Whatever you pick in-game will be adjusted to the closest available value. So, if you set it to 55, it will go to 50. This is important because of the over-the-top chip through ball meta.
Player Roles: Key Instructions
Now, let's get into the player roles. This is where the magic happens.
- Striker: Advanced Forward and Attack. You really need this. In the 4-3-3 (2), I want my striker staying central and making those runs in behind.
- Left and Right Wingers: Inside Forward and Attack. I want them joining up next to the striker as much as possible. The green bar indicates that I want them on attack.
- Left Central Midfielder: Box to Box. This is crucial because of what I have my left back on. This CM will get forward but also help out defensively.
- Right Central Midfielder: Playmaker and Attack. This CM has a lot more license to get forward, score, and create goals. This is mainly because of what I have my right back on.
- CDM: Holding and Defend. Stay in that central area to shield and protect the back four. Stay put!
- Right Back: Full Back and Defend. This is why I use my right CM as the playmaker.
- Center Backs: Defender and Balanced. I play balanced because I want them to step up and be a little more aggressive.
- Left Back: Attacking Wing Back and Balanced. This is why I use my left CM as a box-to-box player.
- Goalkeeper: Goalkeeper and Balanced.
Tactical Reasoning: Why These Roles?
Let's break down the "why" behind these roles.
- Right Back and Right CM: Because we have the right back defending in a back three, I want my right CM to get forward and help in attack.
- Left Back and Left CM: Because we have an attacking wing back on the left, I want my left CM to be less attack-minded but still get forward, which is why box-to-box is perfect.
That's the setup, folks! Remember to spread the love and positivity. I hope 2025 is an amazing year for you. Thanks for watching! Peace out, one love!
