What's good, guys! In this video, we're diving into some RTG gameplay, showing you a day in the life of me playing this game. Instead of just explaining tactics, I figured I'd show you the raw gameplay and let you take inspiration from how I'm playing. Let's get into it!
Formation and Tactics: The Foundation
Alright, so first things first, you can see right here I'm working on the formation. I'll have a code linked in the comments below, as well as my Twitch if you want to see this stuff going on live. The whole objective here is to include as much gameplay as possible so you can see how I'm playing and hopefully pick up some tips.
High Press and Counter Attacks: My Bread and Butter
I really like how this formation presses high up the pitch. It's winning the ball a lot, which makes for some good counter-attacks. That's the name of the game, right? Win the ball, and hit them on the break!
Key Gameplay Mechanics: Green Timed Finishing and More
You gotta be clinical, you know? I'm talking about green timed finishing. Gotta get those perfect shots off. Also, pay attention to the movement, the passing, and how I'm creating space. It's all about those little details.
Adapting on the Fly: Subs and Tactical Adjustments
Sometimes, you gotta make adjustments. Like, I put Kante at CDM for more stability. Gotta get that yellow card out of the way, too. It's all about reading the game and making the right calls.
Reading the Opponent: Five Backs and Far Post Shots
I'm always trying to see what the other guy is doing. Is he playing a five-back? That changes things. And you gotta be ready to adapt. If they're moving to the far post, I'll shoot near post. Gotta keep them guessing!
The Importance of Clinical Finishing
I'm not always clinical, I'll be honest. I miss some sitters, and that's on me. But you gotta keep creating those chances. That's the key.
Weekend League and Custom Tactics: Having Fun
These custom tactics I'm using are just a lot of fun. I'm sure that's part of the equation for the success.
